Power Enterprise Install: SHEZHOT
This thing is movin' really fast. You will probably be boosting before you get to read this thread. Good Luck Pam, though I'm sure you don't need any luck by the looks of things. Great Pics.
Boosting is very addictive. I'll take stock in tires for you now, cause your gonna need some new ones pretty soon once you geta taste of some BOOST!

True. It's really moving quickly.
I pre-invested in new rims and tires Randy. I changed to Rays G Game 99Bs with Toyo T1 Proxy and staggered my set up to handle the boost. So I'm rollin' on 245 9.5f & 275 10.5r like Zilvia said (thanks for the post up Zilvia).
It's gonna be a wild ride and yes, I'm thinking about new rubber for August (gotta budget these things like doctor's visits).

from one PE owner to another one: good luck! you will enjoy it.
suggestions:
1. run the water lines to cool the turbo
2. fix the Ypipe collector right before the intercooler
run no more than 9psi on stock block and get either the TS PE TT reflash or program a piggyback..

fixing ie. just make the piping diameter larger.

where the "Y" collects, if you make it a larger pipe, you'll have better performance.
also. the cats will be the limiting factor when trying to boost over 11psi. but in Shezzhot's case-- should be fine.

1 is taken care of as Nick was running water lines whe n used the kit, and if i rember correctly he will be setting us up with his piggyback ecu program taht he also ran on his car.
now regarding number 2 im not sure. Part of this long install proccess was because most of kit he modified to work better on his car, so i cant say what all has been altered.
EDIT: corrrection just got a confirmation that he never got around to setting up the water lines. he has everything to do it with, and offer to do them at a l8tr date as him doing it now would push the estimated pick up date back.

Got an update on the install today (5-6-07) the latest from Nick:
"Pam, I have put the engine back in, built the wiring harness, and routed it. I am working under the dash today, and if I get that done, the transmission and wiring under there will get done as well.
That will leave dealing with the fuel system, running the intercooler plumbing, and fabricating an intercooler mounting system (remember ALL of this stuff was custom done on my car, so I have to backwards engineer now...), finishing up the gauge mounting situation, reinstalling the exhaust system, and tuning it once the new plugs are in. A lot of work to go... Flywheel is cut, but it had QUITE a cup in it (0.020"), and may require me to do some adjusting."
The OEM flywheel had some serious issues...hence the cut. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all will stay on schedule for me to pick it up next week.
