2 complaints in a year and they suck? that's weird...obviously zero is better than none, but if you have high-volume business of course more people will have problems and then complain, it's simple numbers

and sgp does make a ton of their own stuff just like all the other shops do

does anyone even know that most of the big name shops actually work together on producing new aftermarket modifications?

george, like i've said this whole forum man i hope your car gets done and done right, cuz i've followed it for a couple years now...what's the current status man? get everything taken care of?

You know what is funny about the BBB? If a company has a complaint on a non-member the only way to resolve it is to pay for your membership and then it goes away. So for a shop to have negative information on the BBB if they are not a member means nothing. They cant respond to them without joining and maybe the shop doesnt want to pay the money.

As for Stormcrow...your statement a little while ago about not being a vendor or sponsor and being able to post your opinions. I find that a little funny since you can do that, but you seen to think I should not be able to in other threads. Just an observation!

Is your job on this earth to run around and defend every company that has wronged people?

You guys are too funny! I cant stand SGP personally, all I was saying was something about the way the BBB is run! Nothing about any of the shops here.

As for the other comment, I just wanted to point that out to Stormcrow...nothing else. I dont want this to go anywhere. I just did not know if you guys were aware of the policy the BBB has in regards to defending yourself if you are shop.

i've never stated that you couldn't post your opinion...

that said, feel free to post whatever you like... it's not like it truly matters as your credibility is nil...
