Seems after Ptuning installed the new TN unit, installing the water coolant lines, as well as tapping the oil lines into the block, like TN said to from the beginning, the unit seems to be running strong.
It's back at PTuning getting a "good" tune this time. By the way, the shop in Gaithersburg, MD never could get the SES light to go off and stay off, but with just a minor adjustment to the UTEC map PTuning did. The light is off and has been for over a week.
This week in addition to tuning I'm also getting larger injectors, as the ones the other fellows sold me are maxed out, 95% duty cycle. Anyway, I'm getting 440cc injectors, new plugs and they're going to refabricate the hanger for the exhaust, and maybe I'll finally get to enjoy my Z350, 1 year later.
I will never go back to that shop in Maryland.
The guys at Ptuning are great. They don't charge for everything, and they really know what they're talking about.
Anyway, thanks for your input as well.

In all fairness to them, back then most people were using the oil pan spacer for the return line rather than tapping the block. I remember when mine was tapped I was kicking myself for not getting a spacer.
