Default Split second box installed...VDC & SLIP light on

I'm going to recheck the wiring tomorrow night, but anyone have ideas which wires might be off in the wiring of a split second box w/ Vortech?

All wiring checks out okay. i'm using a harness to tap into all the wiring. The car won't drive over like 2400rpm w/o jerking, so I can't really drive over 60mph max.

Could it be a bad SS box? I unplugged the harness and the VDC/SLIP lights turn off if I just use the factory ECU w/o the split second.

thoughts?

you can pull the battery cables off and then hit the brakes one time to discharge the rest of the electrical current or you can pull the ecm fuse for about 30 secs and that should do it. The ecm fuse is under the battery cover under the hood. Right next to the batter is a line of fuses under a cover. On the top of the cover is listed what fuses are there and the order.
