yeah, which = no dice. Plus they want cars that are from 4-800 hp. It would be good to go watch but not enter unless you think you could win some of that prize money lol.

$175 is not just covering costs its putting $$$ in somebody's pocket. Todd (Aceman) on the forums and myself are organizing a track day in MD for MUCH cheaper than that (not strict about cages), just splitting the costs between all drivers. Thats how a track event should be. $175 is a joke...LOL @ the poster on those forums b!tching that I said its to expensive, look at my car and tell me that Im cheap.

Oh and for the record I also told the person who PM'd me about this event that I wouldnt pass tech inspection with no cage-most private rentals arent strict but they are here. I love how he doesnt relay that info to other forums and basically posts Im cheap

Sorry dude but $175 is not much cash at all. If someone is making a little cash then so be it but there will be trophys and give away stuff. It is 2 lanes not one lane for 8 hours. Look in to the cost of that and let me know whats up. Jason is the owner of the track and he is going to be very forgiving on the cage stuff. Him and Peter go way back.

$175 for 8 hours is $21/HR ... not many people make that.. why would you pay that much for the track when Nissan Infiniti day was much less at Etown.. $175 for going to the track is not alot of money.. but its equivalent to paying $30 for a hamburger at McDonalds... sure you can afford it.. but why would you do that?

I guess people look at only the money part and not the fun part of going out and running with some famous people like Peter Farrell,Ray Wilson, etc...

Everyone who comes gets a shirt and there will be trophys for the quickest car and fastest car. Also there will coverage from a certain channel that does a little something with cars

I think you have a complex man. I never called you cheap. I just relayed what you said and I quote "Its 2 exspensive" Look at your pm and let me know.

So if that is calling you cheap I guess I am a jackass.

I dont have a complex, just stating my opinions. When in the giudlines it states cars must pass IHRA regualtions I believe it, then you say ...

Jason is the owner of the track and he is going to be very forgiving on the cage stuff
Sorry but I believe in the rules that have been posted, why would I pay even $1 drive over 1 hour out and get 1 run and then get kicked off? Anyways, have fun, your in some good company.

I went to a Supra meet not to long ago with a few quick RX-7's one of which I had raced before. I was messing with a mod'd Viper on the highway and I spun by him in 4th gear pretty easily-it was cold out If that guy wasnt talking about me, I want to find that other blue Z and race him...
