My powdercoated vortech intercooler pipes! pics!

Got a little help from Mike the powdercoater, member 2003z. I had him pc the intercooler and the long charge pipe since they were too large for my oven.
Prep:
simple green to clean
preheated each piece
Sprayed:
1 coat of argent silver
followed by 2 coats of anodized red
Overall i think they look great. I want to take my bypass valve apart and do it. I may even send my intercooler back to mike to get the top/bottom portions coated.

Or try www.summitracing.com and look up the part number and you get a general idea of the price as well as decode the color. The standard ones are rated at 30 PSI. The HD ones are rated at 60 PSI..

Gotta have:
pc gun
air compressor
oven that can hit 450 degrees
tape that can last to 450 degrees
and miscellaneous stuff to prep, clean with
i use wire to hang the pieces and to provide the ground electrode a spot to attach to
