Default Check Engine Light HELP

I am blown with Vortech SC and put Strup brand test pipes on and I used the spacers (sometimes called "bungs") for the o2 sensors and all was well until a week later I went on a 50 mile round trip to a near-by city and my "Service Engine Soon" light came on. So I went to AutoZone and they plugged me up and told me it was throwing a code that could be one of three things, 1) my MAF sensor has gone bad, 2) Fuel Pressure too high or too low, or 3) I just have a vacuum leak somewhere. But I thought it had something to do with the test pipes, so I put my stock cats back on and even put the stock exhaust back on and I was fine for about a day and then BAM!!! The freaking CEL light came on again. What else could I do to fix this problem? Any ideas? Any similar experiences? Thanks so much to all who might reply. -Joey, Fort Worth, TX.

If and only if it's the O2 sensor, spacers don't always work. But as stated above, need code. Also, expect to throw codes with being FI. Mines on all the time for O2's.

Alright, the code is P2A00.

And the only thing that I can truly think that might be causing this code is I sliced a very tiny portion of one of the white wires near where the wire goes into the sensor itself. It still had plenty of connection and I put some electical tape around it and it didn't throw any sort of a code for a good week. So maybe I need a new o2 sensor? Autozone wants $219 for a Bosch one. Wonder how much the dealership would want? I'll call tomorrow.

Any ideas?

Thanks again, you guys are super cool. Hope I can help out one of you if you ever have a question on something. Doubt it though seeing that I'm kinda new at this and all you guys are like super freaking knowledgable.
