Im using Utec Boost Control Solenoid and I have a Boost Map set in Utec. I'm not an expert on UTEC BCS but you have to play with the boost map within Utec..

STS was bought 5/07. Chris said I was 1 of 5 test kits available in US. Ha! That was a joke. Seems like every city in US had "the last kit". Just a sales ploy.
Anyone checked into retrofitting "new" center pipe to their "beta" kit? Cost of pipe?

So the kit you bought has the piping on the side and not up the middle? What else did your kit come with?

Ok, now I get it. The first 4 tester (excluding Sub-Zero) all had their kit purchased at that time, so you got it as a first tester price (You are the 5th missing person) I don't think you'll get the price ($4000) right now but who knows. The kit that they are now selling is for the 2nd batch tester or maybe 3rd, but there are people upset that the 3rd batch is even cheaper than the 2nd batch tester.

By they way, Goosegoose did retrofit the new piping with his old kit.

no I'm still with the original side piping. I'll probably switch to the center pipe when I can heatwrap the exhaust at the same time. That seemed to work well for goose

When is your kit going on and getting tuned aarantes?

Did you do the STS center pipe upgrade? Cost of pipes? Notice any performance issues? Install easy or difficult? Reccommend or not?

This all depend on different variables. Me and Goose live in NYC so we have to relocate the pipes. As far as cost, this you have to deal with STS, Goose got a free relocation pipe but that is between him and Rick plus he's the first Auto to have it. I was the first one to have the relocation pipe that Julian fabricated and as far as I can see, having the charge pipe on the side will help cool the air, having the pipe in the middle right next to the exhaust/Cat will create more heat and AIT will increase hence lower whp. If you have no problem of scrapping and you are happy with the old piping then I say stick with it coz there is no power gain from relocating it, just convenience and ease of jacking the car

You know what was missing? An oil line? A piece of intake tubing? Did he fill you in on the details AT ALL? One injector? Two spark plugs?

MAAAYBE cuz he hasn't returned a call? Last I heard from him he was "getting to the bottom of this and will call back tonight when it's figured out."

I guess in his mind tonight means 6-8 nights from then? IMO their entire sales team sucks. To let this guy Chris do whatever he wants for so long without them even knowing is garbage. Do they not monitor their calls, ever? I worked as customer service when I was 17 and random calls were listened in on for accuracy and professionalism audits. This was also on a brand new (<6 mo.) company, so you'd think someone with a little more time and funding behind them they'd adopt some of this "new fangled" technology dealing with PHONE lines.

I'm not a very happy camper, part of me just wants to say screw it and demand full refund so I can just get a custom turbo or possibly twin turbo setup.
