nice, you'll have to let me know when everything gets installed so we can go for some runs. TOrqueless SC vs a STS turbo

Have you thought about a EBC, especially with daniel's results?

Game plan is to get the body kit put on and painted at the end of the month and try to us STS down to $4000 for the kit. They offered it for me for $4500 (side piping) so we'll see what happens. After that, a trip down to PF for a retune, EBC setup and water/meth around May or so, maybe April when all the HS/college girls are on spring break

Now my problem is I can not find the fuel pump relay wire.

The manual says its the black with yellow stripe, but neither test correctly.

Can anyone tell me what the 2006 fuel pump relay wire is?

Hey sorry Professional about the PM earlier, haven't been following the thread today, was busy putting in the coil overs...

Anyhoo, I am looking at the 05-06 G Repair Manual and according to it the Fuel Pump Relay wire is B/Y (black/yellow) and the wire going to the ECM is B/OR (black/orange).

Hopefully someone with more knowledge can chime in here and save the day. And if you figure it out, I would like to know cause I have a revup too

I hope you checked every parts before you start the install. I'll admit that they do ship missing parts so just make sure you have everything so down time will be minimal You are probably the first Revup to do a self install so it may be a little tricky. I do have a revup but MRC did mine.

How's the install going???

Wish more of us could help but you are the first RevUp to do it.

I know I am going to run into problems already because of the Rear Active Steer. The air filter runs right into it. Haven't thought about it too much but need to come up with a game plan of what to do, probably going to involve some sort of flex piping.

Did you figure out the fuel pump relay wire?

That goes into the fitting on the charge air pipe.

The way STS has their oil and pcv lines run made my hood hit so I did it this way:

Here's my biggest concern right now, the entire system in the rear is too far forward by at least 2 inches.

Do you have a stock Rear Bumper? My tip was also short but because I have the ING Rear Lip so I ended up melting it before I got some Exhaust tip from Magnaflow. double check your everything and your turbo Cold side should be point down.

One other question. I can not figure out what this green wire is in the harness. Is this for the optional meth/water injection??

that wasn't on mine. Dont worry about it. As long as all the of the solenoids are working, you should be fine. Check the eletrical system at the end.

Edit**

AthenG, I see that you have your oil lines low rather than high. Does that really matter? I ran mine up as high as I could.

Stick to what you have. follow the manual, if you don't then you might leak some oil when parked on an incline. Me and goosegoos had the same routing and he had problem with it.

I am curious what is going on with all those PCV lines and accessories?

Professional,

How is the Revup PCV system different from the standard 287? My Revup has all the same parts and locations as the regular VQ35DE. The PCV is located in the screwed into the top of the passenger side valve cover and connects to the intake manifold. there is a crossover tube that connects the 2 valve covers together, and the back of the driver side valve cover has the breather port, which is conencted to the intake tube via a rubber hose.

BTW, Does STS have online instruction manuals?
