Nice isn't it. I use to run the vortech but my car overheated everytime at thunderhill on moderately hot days. I have high praise for the STS kit.

Having said that, on a normal driving 50/50 highway/local driving then I usually get 14mpg. If I drive real aggressive then 10-11mpg. By the way when I was NA my car never went above 20mpg even with 100% highway driving, it usualllya avarge around 17mpg.

No. Intercooler that came with the kit. I don't think the upgrade is needed. I have a 4.0 motor on the stand getting built for when this one lets go....Maybe with higher boost??? but I don't know. STS tells me the kit is good for 500 WHP and that is plenty enough for me.

You guys really get some good mileage with your car. Even when I was NA I drove to Boston (4hrs drive) and only got 20 mpg on a 100% highway driving
. When I was NA my average was around 16-18mpg. It's either my car like to drink gas or my foot are just too heavy.

I see these Kits on all sorts of different cars and I think they are very missunderstood.
hah I'm not trying to call him/you out or anything. Just nice to get some feed back and communication from the company rather than from the small group of STS owners.
