Ok, here it is. I was driving yesterday to pick up my girlfriend. When I was about to get on the freeway I noticed something on the Ford Ranger in front of me. A VRT emblem! I didn't know what to think. I can't imagine they are working on Ford Trucks now, but I don't know how they would get the emblem except from VRT...

Does anyone know about this? Is VRT now working on trucks or is that guy just some loser who will put a badge on his car without having anything done?

I wasn't able to snap a pic because I noticed it so late, but I thought it was pretty damn funny. Any thoughts?

On a Ranger? Not likely.... I don't think the Ranger is even rated to tow that much weight (trailer plus car)

 

My S-10 pulled a 22' Bass Boat for 3 years until I got a real truck, surely a ranger can pull a car.

 

I guess it depends on the model...

 

I saw the same truck and trailer on the 14 S. fwy late one night a couple weeks ago.

Probably the man himself driving home from a track event.
