Default Vortech Grooved idler pullies

Need part #'s for these...don't want to get raped by Vortech, so a local auto parts store is where i'm looking to source these.

Call Vortech and get the part numbers for the pulleys. They are made by Dayco. Then go to Napa and they will be able to cross reference the pulleys. If worst comes to worst, take off the pulleys and take it to them. They should be able to find you a comparable pulley with the same measurements.

Part # 89003 I confirmed works and I've replaced it a couple weeks ago. Judging by the Dayco info sheet and pics I'm going to assume the ribbed one I'm looking for (heh ribbed..) is # 89009

Nexx: Just trying to get rid of this squeak coming from the idler pulley.

DMK: 89001 is 3.5 inches. The ones Vortech supplies are all 3" (76mm)

Got the Dayco 89009 which is indeed the correct pulley. Replaced them today and all my squeaks are gone.

Dayco 89003 for the smooth idler pulley
Dayco 89009 for the ribbed idler pulley

Mega bump..
Trying to find a smooth idler pulley...

According to Vortech part list they used 2.5 inch smooth idler pulleys..did they old design use a 3 inch smooth idler? Can I use the 3 inch instead and how would I figure out what belt I gotta use?
