I know that it's faster shifting than my stillen vb which I have to shift 500-600rpm earlier.

Hmmm... as I recall from the graph, the shifts drop from around .5 sec to .25. About twice as fast - I'm going by memory though so don't hold me to exact numbers... Maybe it wasn't Gurgen that did that data log - thought it was him...
Depends on the software in ecu as to how fast the cut and ramp back up the ignition advance is...tcu tells ecu when shift is complete.............2 shifts or 3 in your quarter?
You can data log ignition advance just before, during, and after and read in milliseconds time slices.

Not sure how it will help your times, but just for driveability's sake, I think it is a good way to go.
I could hardly drive the car with the OEM VB, and the Level 10 VB is largely insufficient at full throttle. With the Level 10 VB, I need to shift early in teh lower gears, although the highe gears are typically precise.
I spoke with Thomas at SGP and I plainly asked him if the SGP VB would miss a shift if I kept it in full auto mode and just rammed the accelerator to the floor from a stop. He said it would not miss a shift. I will hold him to that guarantee, and that will make me very happy.
