Default Noise in engine w/ FI

I know this may be a stupid question but when I race my car for a while then shut it off, I hear these pinging, tinging sounds coming from my engine and FI systems. Is it just because its cooling down or is it some other sort of problem. let me know. Thanks.

Yes, it's the piping cooling off. Normal.

I know the EXACT noises you are talking about...normal stuff (I asked around when I heard it and was told the same thing ^).

The noise he is talking about kind of sounds like a small pebble bouncing off your piping.

So when you race it for a while how long do you let it idle before you shut it down?

I know what are you talking about , that sound is known like THERMOSIPHON , is only the coolant passing thru the turbos.
