I don't see what's wrong with figuring out the guidelines set forth. This thread should have been locked if they didn't want anyone inquiring.

Edit - What's the "big bang stick"

I have already noticed one person's sig has changed to eliminate a "product bash." it seems the threats of banning are working.

As a former admin/supermod from other sites, I just want to say good luck to the staff since there'll be enough people who treat them like they're the bad guys for trying to make the site a better place.

Are you guys seriously arguing in the FI Forum Conduct Post? Did you not read the OP. Maybe that's the problem with FI section, people can't read.

that and a lot of the ppl who post in it are very ignorant and dont like the learn new things, they just assume they know the best. but fortunately this is also problem world wide so no fear they can be changed

maybe soon the FI section will be like the old days where we actually learned new thing that help in the advancement of 350 FI.....and not just nuclear warzone btwn opinions.

as obvious by my post count, i haven't been here for too long. but since my join date, i've seen the unfortunate progression from flaming to bashing. i think that there is nothing wrong with calling someone out if claims are unwarranted, inconsistent, or even way out in left field. but when you resort to name-calling or whatever, it snowballs, and eventually gives the forum a bad name.

That's Louie. The first portion (paragraph) was part of the original sticky post by Wired 24/7. He just didn't wrap quote tags around it.

Louie was just commenting his approval of what was posted by the mod. So what's the problem?
