About time! Let's hope the new rules make a difference.

 

There's really not any new rules... just that the mod/admin staff is tired of walking on eggshells and we want people to know that not everyone is going to get the benefit of the doubt anymore.

 

with all the basjing threads that have been popping up, it seems like only a matter of time before we see the first libel suit happen.
