There are always two sides of the story no matter what one person says. Sounds like this was an in-house/miscommunication issue. I know Chris, and he's probably the nicest guys I've met in the industry. The same opinion is shared by all the local guys who have met Chris and had work done @ SP. Chris is not the type of person who intentionally would do something like this. Anyways, issue resolved and I hope the OP can move on...
Thanks Ginash, Charlie, and to others for the positive feedback. I've been on the other side of the table as a customer and the reason I bought half of SP was to be able to try and bring some of my beliefs to larry and I's business practices.
There is no excuse as to the length of time it took to get Andy a refund, as for call to my cell phone, in the last few months I have not received any from him or the tuner. Larry and I spend hours on the phone with the tuner to try and figure out what the issue was, and I think there was a breakdown, so I'll accept part of the blame there. Nonetheless, I'm resolving this like I usually do. We've been around for 18years for a reason, we stand behind ANYTHING we do.
If anyone has any concerns at all please feel free to contact me on my cell phone 630-439-6500. I take my business personally and don't want any unresolved issues to linger.
