Default install evo2 exhaust with turbonetics single kit

ok so the exhaust pipe from the turbo is single. the evo2 attaches from the cats to a y pipe. how would i make this work? i was thinking i would have to cut and seal one end of the y pipe. would that change anything as far as performance? how would you suggest this alteration?

Couldn't you just get a straight pipe or a downpipe if I'm thinking correct to eliminate the y pipe all together?? Or ur running 2 dual exhausts??

you could get a true dual, or you could cut the evo2 where the 2 pipes join to 1 right before the resonator, weld on a flange, and bolt it right up.

Here's some pics of my Greddy Evo with TN kit. The burnt marks are from when I ran over a plastic bag. I would like to remove the last two resonators and have it completly straight threw.

where did you get that split pipe that connects the reonator to the exhaust pipe?

It looks like a custom fabricated piece.

Yes, it's custom fabricated. But it's not complex at all. No additional piping was used. They just sawed off the Greddy exhaust where you see it come together or before it splits. Then added the nice flange you see there and then another flange to the TN exhaust pipe. So they basiclly used what they had in front of them, besides adding the flanges.
