OK this is the final deal if this does not work out i am pulling the plug on this project. I just sent Sam my spare pulleys we are going with the 3.12 serp,34 j/s cog and 28 s/c cog. floridaboy sent me a pm telling me that with this setup and with the 560-8mgt-20 cog belt it worked out fine seeing he just ran this setup on his T-trim revup vortech. the only thing we will have to alter are the lips on the idler pulley. they need to be machined down a little bit to clear the cog pulleys once installed.this cog configuration will slow the blower down a little bit, i figured compared to the 2.87,32,28 setup at 6600 rpm it will slow the supercharger down 1234.9 total rpm. this should affect my total hp output and tourqe a bit. at this point i just want my z back. i have been with out my car for over 2 months now and i relized enough is enough!

Good choice JET - having a ton of power (but not the absolute highest) is much better than not having your car at all. Best of luck with this setup!

^GTM is not for everyone specially if your Z is DD, "most" GTM customers have a daily beater and their Z is a weekend fun. I seriously can't trust anyone else to touch/tune my car except GTM, their equipments are state of the art too.

Just heard back from Sam. since we changed the pulleys to the 3.12 34/28 the car has lost considerable power and will not make power past 6000 RPM ( only about 400 RWHP at this point ). he said the car performed much better with the 2.87 32/28 (430 RWHP AT 5000RPM before) but at this point i am not throwing any more money at it to pull the blower assembly back off again to reconfigure it back and maybe have cog belt issues again. i am sick of throwing money at this car and i have decided to cut my losses. he is going to finish up the tune now and tell me what he can pull for power on a final run. i will get the car back to Vegas, de mod and sell the z. i will advertise the parts for sale in the members for sale section. it was fun but i am going to move on back to old school. 68 to 69 camaro maybe with a big block ...........

Sam mentioned that i should go with the T-trim for my application and it would probably work out very well but i have though it over and decided its time for the z to go. i am sick of spending $600.00 a pop for tunes + the drive to cali every time. this **** just does not make sense anymore. for the money i have spent for the car and all of the parts and tuning i could of had a c6 zo6 by now. the only next logical step is to go built with twins but there is no way i am going to drop another 25 to 30 grand in this car. that would put me at over 100 grand into this car! sorry guys but im out!!!!!!!!!

That 500whp T-trim car is a non-revup. I met the owner a year ago when I was there. I might be wrong, but I think that car has been a kinda long term project and took a year for it to go from the last dyno that was posted here to his newest one
