^Blah. Just edit the first post with the info incase someone misses it.
500+ posts over one product, that's kinda impressive.

ya, if Sharif said my Si was the fastest Vortech hes tuned, I will be interesting to see what Sam says.

I could easily push more HP with a bigger exhaust.

Sam is very interested in this project and he advised me not to have him stop work just yet. He wants to make the cog setup work and see what this thing can push! i have almost been tempted to put the stock rev-up cog configuration back on but i know i would not be able to push the blower to it's full potential with the 34/32 cog setup. the blower would not spin fast enough and boost would come in to late in the rpm band.

Good luck JET and hopefully things work out for you and you get some really nice numbers!

why dont you think that the rev-up config will work?

Or do you just mean # of cog teeth like a non-revup?

yes # of teeth the non revup has. the revup cog setup spins the blower slower in the lower rpm range, this is due to the revup's higher red line. but we all know most fi setups will not make power up to 7000 rpm without extensive breathing mods ie, cams, head work, etc, etc. most flat line and dip at 6500 to 6600 rpm's. this is why i am so adimit on running the non revup cog config. that way the blower comes up to speed quicker and hits max rpm by 6600 rpm plus the torque curve will be much better. i have noticed most if not all revup vortechs are topping out at around 380 dyno jet rwhp. this is mostly due to this 34/32 cog configuration. i learned this the hardway after many tunes trying to get more power out of the stock revup cog setup. once i ran the 32/28 cog setup i could easily break the 4xxrwhp mark. i just started a new thread to compile some solid info on this theory...........

Seems like the Si trim is not to promising based on the lack of updates.

i dunno, basically 400hp on Sharif's DD is pretty promising. I think more flow (heads, etc) to use all that 15psi, VQ's will make even more power.
