Congrats, but what's your exact spec? Greddy TT with GTM cams.... Shouldn't you be getting at least 500+WHP??

Check my Cardomain page for my setup.

I was hoping for more power and hoped to make peak power til about 6500 rpm. That's whay I put cams in. My request for more powa was not to be.

Hey Miguel. Yeah..... 8 months is a little long to wait.

Thanks Doug.... good to be back. I have to get used to driving this car again. I lost my feel for it.

I guess the UTEC and the 550cc injectors are the bottle neck for more HP... Just my opinion~ ^^ 470WHP on Sharif's dyno would be about 500WHP on the dynojet anyway. Congrats again! Enjoy~

I juts realized that Miguel has had 4 cars in the time that your car has been down and out.......he had his Z, traded it for an EVO, traded back for his Z again, and now has a pickup truck.

Larry,

you are still running the Deatschwerks 550s (really 500s)? You are probably at the limit with those injectors pulsewidths. Send'em back to Deatschwerks and have them up them to 650s or 750s!!!!

I offerd to go 660 on the injectors but was advised not to. It wasn't explained to me why he didn't want to tune more power or why it stops making power at 5850RPM. My laptop was stolen so I can't look at the map.

UTEC and 550 cc? Could be that control of larger injectors gets a bit tricky with the UTEC at idle and during cranking.

Anyway, the curve looks good - nice wide power band. Look at how the slight dip in boost pressure affects the power curve - more power to be had, but knowing Sharif, he found the sweet spot for this setup. I would expect you to be able to pick up a bit more with a different EMS and intake manifold . Have you got at least a spacer on there to even out the airflow to the front two cylinders? Regardless, congrats and enjoy!

Yeah... the graph shows alot of meat. I think that's the short overlap of the turbo cams @ work.

I was missing some hardware for the plenum spacer so it was not installed. This is a stock intake.

I am getting a Cosworth next week.
