Bypass Valve Solenoid for water injection?
Has anyone used this on a water injection kit? Looks like a very smart idea just incase your pump gets clogged or u run out of meth.

how does it work? looks like you just wire the solenoid to like a trigger such as a low fluid level switch or a clogged line switch. I guess then the solenoid is plumbed inline with your bypass valve?
I guess when the solenoid opens it dumps boost so your bypass valve opens?
Any ideas or real world usage?
Thanks!

I would think that you could easily just wire up your existing boost solenoid to "turn off" (go to spring pressure internal wastgates), based on an output from your controller.
EDIT: I see you are SC. So you don't have a boost solenoid, correct? Then this might be helpful and as a bonus it would give you a way to turn down the boost if you set it up correctly (like for days with poor traction).
