do you need the longer bolts that go through the middle of the plenum? If so I know I have at least a couple or more if you need them.

WOAAAW. Pretty nusty forces there. How is your throttle actuator holding? I would def change it just to be sure. Definately shoulb be some strain there.... No Knock??? That's also quite strange. Unless the sensitivity of the sensor is somehow compromised.

Just got back from Home Depot and bought some bolts around $4 bucks insatlled them and she idles like a sleeping Dragon. Took her for a spin on low boost and meth and raped those Dr's all the way thru 3rd got on the highway and put her on high boost and raped those Dr's in 4th and ran her to 150 to get her cleared up. Well if there was any part of the plenum on her belly its all over HWY 401 in Fayetteville NC. She as good as new. Now just need to fix my fans they stay on when I turn off the car??? Going to Radio Shack to get some doide.

Oh and my driving aid just came in from Japan .

That's one way to add volume to a manifold. Probably works better than a throttle body spacer.

So, are you saying is the cosworth manifold is fine for the other 98% of us who are boosting under 20 psi with no meth or nitrous?

Yes, and I have already tested them on cars up to 20+psi without any trouble. Also, we will be putting it to the test on our drag car in the next couple weeks with high boost and nitrous

You should take that thing to Zdayz with you. Ask Doug to play "Will it Blend" with it.

I'm guessing it will.

That's a good idea. Here's an adjustable valve that might work:

Yes, but I'd look for something much larger.. like 2 or 3 2" valves / plugs
