Default Z throwing P0507 (high idle) even after idle relearn

Ever since I've had my Vortech supercharger my car will throw a code for high idle, I'll then delete the code and it comes back usually within a day or 2... I have done the idle relearn and all the ECU diagnostics countless times and it relentlessly comes back, I removed the throttle body, cleaned it, replaced the gasket... Still having problems, anyone have advice?

Thanks

My idle goes up and down all the time. From 1000rpm to 2500rpm and back. It will be fixed when break in period is over but we dont know how yet.

After I do the relearn it idles normal at about 750rpm but after a few miles of driving it floats at 1500 for a while then drops down to 1200, throws the code, and stays like that till I do it over again. So frustrating...

No, on the SS box.... Also, I have the l-spec flash from technosquare... It didn't do it at the beginning but it does it now, and it seems to be getting worse... Bad throttle body maybe?

Sounds like a bad throttle body. I've had a few remans right out of the box do that at work. Replaced it again and the problem is gone.

Go to a local auto repair place and have them put a smoke machine on the motor. It will show any leaks.

there re no visual vacuum leaks... I just remembered that a few months ago it was raining really hard and my car went into limp mode everytime I floored it, I had to do the ecu diagnostics, then it went back to normal... I'm thinking I might need a new throttle body, anyone have an extra or know where I can buy one for a reasonable price?

Ok.....visual doesnt mean ****. There can still be a leak even if you can not see it or hear it.

I am having the same problem with my 06 vortech on a Utec. It starts up at 2100 and then when warm will idle aroudn 900-1000 without the ac on. however when I am coming to a stop and push in the clutch the rpms drop to 750-800 and then spike up real quick to 1500 and hold there for about 5-10 seconds before settling down at 900 again. Its so frustrating. I throw the same code as well P0507. I had a buddy at nissan dealership try to see what was wrong and he thinks its the throttle body, however he said it could also be a vacum leak somewhere but I dont know where! So now I gotta go through and look everywhere. It didnt used to always do this either. Only for the past month or so.

I sprayed small amounts of carb cleaner on multiple areas of the motor until I found my vacuum leak.

Vaccum leaks are usually suspect to a high idle, Espcially when adding a turbo to the mix. Are you guys using tbolt clamps throughout your setup?

NO.........all you have to do is disconnect your battery over night, about 8hrs, reconnect and report back. Reseting the ECU, relearn idle air , throttle position, does nothing for this. You have to treat it like a reboot.
