Default Odd whistle noise from 0 to 1psi boost

I noticed an odd whistle noise whenever i first get into boost. Doesnt always happen that i know of, but road can be noisy to pay attention every time. Not sure if this is from the SC / BPV, just wondering what this might be. It is more of a lower pitch almost hoooohwha noise. Best i can come up with to phonetically spell it.

Have a 2003 A/T vortech at 10psi. Sound maybe coming more from underneath car, where it sounds like at least. Anything that i should be worried about?

I seem to be making plenty of boost... Is there a way to tell, i didn't do the install so im somewhat unfamiliar with the way it works with a BPV. There a way for me to check?
