There's a locking ring around where the line slides in. Push the line in and hold it, depress the locking ring (clearish plastic IIRC), remove the line.
Thats a compression fitting. Like what is found in paintball markers. +1 on post above. Push the ring around the end of the fitting and slide the line out.
