Thank you GTM! Stillen Sucks
Just got my car back from GTM. All I can say is THANK YOU SAM for hooking it up on the price and being so patient through the process with a few bumps. GTM uninstalled the piece of shlt Stillen and installed the following
Vortech Tuner kit
2.87 Pulley
GTM pulley tensioner
Deatschwerks 600cc injectors
Walbro fuel pump
JWT FMU
5/16 Spacer
Innovate XD-16 wideband
UTEC tuned by Sam
367 whp in 70 degree weather
355-360 whp in 90+ degree weather
I WISH I NEVER WENT TO STILLEN AND DID IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME
Right now, my car is having problems with pinging in the high rpms for some reason and Sam had to reduce alot of timing which hurt the power. Once I get my meth/water injection kit installed, Sam was nice enough to offer a retune to run more timing .
I possibly may have alot of carbon buildup thats sucking up fuel in high rpms and may be attributing to the pinging. The past year ive used alot of 76/mobil gas and maybe some arco once in a while?. Ive refilled using chevron w/techron 91 octane and bought a few techron fuel system cleaners to possibly alleviate the issue. Before they installed the JWT FMU, The 600cc injectors were maxed out at redline
My pinging issue has really been a pain in the *** to Sam to what should have been a easy install + tune . My question is, anyone else that installed FI had a similar problem to mine?

What's your max boost? So the FMU is installed w/o a return kit? Does that seem to be working out well enough?
Sorry for all of the questions

FMU solved the issue of the 600cc injectors getting maxed out. Sam and I will be 100% happy once this engine knock issue is sorted out, I must have bought the bad batch from nissan since my car only has 25k miles on it.
Oyea, people say the stillen sounds good but the vortech sounds like a monster

Not everyone wants to drop over $10k to get the 450+hp on twins. Many people are happy with the 370-420 the Vortech gives. If I want more speed I'll jump on my Suzuki GSX-R, which cost much less than turbo setup and faster.
Vortech (new) + motorcycle (new) = cost of a good TT setup

I couldn't put it any better. Stillen wasn't completely honest, now my project has taken longer & I've spent too much to do it right. Honestly, I don't care how much power I end up with. I have an Aquamist kit & clutchpacks ready for install but I don't care now, I just want it DONE. My car is currently at GTM for a tune, hopefully all goes well & I get it back soon.
Good luck with the knock issue. I wouldn't use any of that fuel cleanser crap, just work on installing that WI.
