Basicly nothing except doing a 20g td06 conversion. There is also a company called DeadBolt that is big into mitsu rebuilds. They told me they could put a 55lb comp wheel in the housing, compared to the 20g which is a 44lb.

25g is the same 3bolt turbine housing, but the actual turbo is to big to fit beside the motor. You could always machine a garret addapter for the greddy manifold, but that would take some work for probably not that much reward over upgrading the greddy turbos.

The greddy kit is pretty locked down how it is, and doesnt leave to many options regarding turbo size.

EDIT: I think I misread your question, but the turbine housing on the greddy 18g is the 8cm housing which is the biggest housing you can get for that turbo.

the 3-bolt greddy flange is the biggest obstacle to overcome. You could have an adapter palte made to fit other flanges, but then you are going to run into some fitment issues. there doesn't seem to be alot of room to put bigger turbos due to the locations on the the greddy manifolds.

Greddy does offer some bigger turbos with the same 3-bolt flange, but I don't know what other clearance issues you'll have.

that's an option, but you are still stuck with the tiny (rpm limiting) td05 8cm^2 turbine housing.

The housing are small, but the td06 turbine wheel will for sure help in the rpm category.

I guess the Best Turbine wheel Upgrade we should be looking at is the TD06SL i think this is what Forced Perormance uses for the EVO Red Upgrade for the stock EVO`s TD05HR-16G6C turbo, and they use a special Compressor dunno what it is exactly but what do i know that the 20G Compressor should fit fine but it will only provide an imrovment of 10% if you didn`t change the Turbine housing to a little bigger one because it will fall at high RPM`s also dunno about the 25G if it fits or it require some additional machining to fit but anyway this site got tons of info`s about Mitsu Turbos to begin with i learned a lot from it

http://www.stealth316.com/2-turboguide.htm

some stuff i really wanted to know before like Mitsu housing cm housing converted to A/R

6 cm2 = 0.41 A/R
7 cm2 = 0.49 A/R
8 cm2 = 0.57 A/R
9 cm2 = 0.65 A/R
10 cm2 = 0.73 A/R
11 cm2 = 0.81 A/R
12 cm2 = 0.89 A/R

One more thing i`ve noticed that we can get a Water Cooled CHRA i mean there`s a Genuine Mitsu Water cooled to direct fit the TD05H-18G but seems that nobody did it on a Z/G at all :/

Also another note, Forced Performance stopped rebuilding greddy turbos.

There you go found this website and it looks the same turbine in/out flange

http://www.gtpumps.com.au/trust_turbos.html

check this part its on the main page "We now repair and can high flow TRUST/Greddy TD05H, TD06SL2 and T67 turbochargers. We can also offer watercooled centre bearing housing upgrades." you can ask em about ur upgrade plan, i`ll ask them what can they do to the TD05H-18G what is the maximum upgraded compressor/turbine i can go with.

THAT IS DEFINITELY NOT TRUE.
I KNOW SOMEONE WHO JUST SENT THERE TURBOS DOWN LAST WEEK TO GET THE 20g UPGRADE. THE DIFFERENCE IN A 18G REBUILD VS. 20G UPGRADE WAS SOMETHING LIKE $200 BUX. U CAN STILL GET WORK DONE ON MITSU TURBOS @ FORCED PERFORMANCE.

Chill on the caps lock. I called them a couple months ago and after talking to 2 different people about rebuilding the greddy turbos, not mitsu, and they BOTH told me they have stopped working on Greddy turbos. GUESS I WAS JUST HEARING THINGS.... And I guarantee the upgrade is more then $200 per turbo.

So does mine. Send them the greddy turbos and they will send them back to you.

No. What I said is the difference in price for a full 18G rebuild vs. a 20G upgrade is about $200. Truth be told the cost of a 18G rebuild is about $1600 for 2 turbos and the 20G upgrade cost $1800 for 2 turbos. That is if you deal with Forced Performance Direct. If you send your turbos to SGP, I think you have to pay them a premium (like $2500 total). Nothing unusual, but if you can cut out the middle man, you can save some bux.

Thats probably the cost per wheel without the boring. Turbochargers.com will fully rebuild both turbos for around $900, iv had it done. I think SGP's price is a robbery.
