I havent had to deal too much with vortech and for the most part its good service.

just remember never call 15 minutes before they close, because your gettin put on hold indefinitely... or at least till everyone is gone and you hang up call back and the after hours message comes on!

 

hhmm.... still nothing about how the blower was fixed in one day.. or that it wasn't even the blower to begin with... strange...

 

oh well.. i guess i'll take the blame again for being the jerk at Vortech.. no biggie .. just hope everyone that though we were such a-holes is cool with the service ... you know the saying..... You can please some of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time. We do what we can for the situation we have to deal with and we try my best to do what we can to make someone happy about the situation at hand.

 

are we still continuing with this? did i not state earlier that the problem was resolved?

this is exactly why i enjoyed dealing with todd. todd was EXTREMELY helpful, VERY professional and courteous.

same goes for mariano. he went out of his way to help me.

by the way, i think you should know that the pulley puller broke my 3.12

 

has my blower been opened up yet? i specifically asked to be contacted when it was.
