570whp aps vs 540whp jwt 700bb
This is somewhat of a repost but with a different question. I started a tread in the G35 forum for opinions of which two of the cars is a better buy considering looks, build, tt kit, mileage, price, etc etc.... I got a ton of feedback and different answers.....
I did lot of research the last couple of days on these two kits and each motor build. Based on the motor build and Turbo kit alone, which car would you pick?

I dont want those to have an influence on your answer or anyone else. I had a post with pics, color, sound, options, miles, price, etc. I only care about motor build, turbo set-up and less prone for issues. Thanks

no 2 motor is the same. They are both well built and #1 has cams so it problably would make more whp compare to the #2 if they were at the same psi level. At this pt it doesnt matter how much each hp makes bc u can always turn up the boost or upgrade the turbo to get the whp goal. It's now down to how much u willing to pay and do u want an 05 vs 07.

I read through you other thread, and I know the prices of both cars. Knowing that, #1 is the clear choice. The price difference is substantial and you are not getting the extra money's worth in the JWT car. Not only that, car #1 is already tuned on Fcon Vpro and has cams. Otherwise, the builds are pretty comparable, but having cams and being tuned on Fcon are clear advantages for car #1

2005 with 23k miles is $31,900 Fcon installed
2007 with 10k miles is $35,000 fcon, but not installed (seller said, it was causing bad idle and cruise control issues?????, tuned the stock ecu and said it runs 10x better and actually got 20+ whp, sound weird to me)
As far as other comments about car 1 having more future HP, Im fine at anything in the mid 500 whp range.

I cannot see the uprev ems being smoother nor making more power. Who tuned the Fcon?
