I think the 9PSI number was in reference to a TT setup.

For me, I'd rate it at a 6/10 to install. I've been fiddling with cars for a long time, so I considered it a straight forward process. Dave did make some minor fixes for me while the car was in his shop: small oil leak on the oil sending line, the charge pipe had to be adjusted since it was resting on the A/C line, and he swapped out my belt.

Other than that, it was really a bolt on affair down to the injectors. Dave installed the fuel return and did his magic on the UTEC.

Total in hours spent, I'd guess around 15-20 between myself, Brian and my dad. But I took my time with it and had pleanty of beers along the way to slow me down

Total downtime on the car was probably about two months. I have three kids and I work a lot during the week, so my actual time to work on the car is extremely limited. I just did a few hours here and there as I could.

Doug and I were responding to jtgli post..not Car vs Drivers post. I did say that Car vs Driver's dyno numbers sounded good for what he had. The 478 was the number we were responding to

Nope, running the stock vortech configuration with an upgraded belt. Haven't had any issues with slip on the dyno or on the street yet. If it slips at all, I'll go with the GTM pulley - but for now I don't need it.

Good deal, got mine back from Dave a few weeks ago it put down 392whp & 350tq on a really conservative tune becuase of the new blower, i had the gtm idler for some time now and it works great zero slippage.
