Default oil issue w/ vortech

Just purchased a used kit and I'm getting some light oil spray coming from the bypass valve.Are the seals going bad or is this normal. thanks, Felix

no not normal i had the same problem sent it back to them and they fixed it under warranty. got it back 2weels ago and it went up again. might sell the kit it only has 400mi total on it

have to be careful, some used kits were made when the seals and bearing werent what they should have been. Amazed that newer kits still having problems....

yeah,just spoke to vortech today and said it wasnt normal.est. cost is 300.00 plus

with all the money u save from buying used, 300$ should be nothing for a rebuilt unit.
