I am contemplating on purchasing this BOV with a 9 psi setup. Does anyone know how this sounds. I am running the Greddy RS bov at the moment. I have a tial wastegate and I want the tial bov, i just dont know how it will sound.
Also, i am running the TN kit, will this just bolt up to the flange on the TN kit or will I have to do mods to the piping?

the tial is going to be a little quiter than yours greddy rs . like quicksilver said it wont fit at all . on your tn piping a new flange is going to be welded on . ohh make sure you get the new version call Q .
btw i have the original tial bov fs if you wanted (flange not included )

What is the diff between the old version and the new? How much are you willing to part with it for? What is the spring lbs? What color?
Dammit, I didn't want to have to get anything welded on. I guess I will wait until after HIN to get this mod completed.

The Alpha Q (recirculating BOV) flows 6% more than their regular Q BOV which is vent-to-atmosphere. looks like it should be direct replacement on the PL kit, but it's not vent to atmosphere so no cool wooshy sound.

I can't tell any difference in the sound in the top vid between the current BOV and the new Q.![dunno](https://my350z.com/forum/images/smilies/dunno.gif)
However the Q is supposed to flow 60% more and it is a direct bolt-on upgrade for us PowerLab guys.

I wish I had the power labs kit instead of the TN kit. Do you guys like it.
Edit:
I just listened to that vid as well, I could not hear a diff, but I listened to a diff vid of just the Q and it sounded really nice.

Air moves from area of high concentration to low concentration all on it's own - so technically, it doesn't matter which valve you use, they all will release the pressurized air. The difference comes from the design or size of the piston/diaphragm, but it really won't affect anything in any meaningful manner - they all release air, which is all they are supposed to do
