Koyo 53mm in a Greddy TT car?
Hey guys, I am wanting to put a Koyo 53mm radiator in my 2006 car with a Greddy twin turbo/ and innercooler. I am not sure if I will have any clearance issues to deal with though. Is there anyone out there with a this exact turbo/radiator setup in there car? And if so was there any clearance issues that had to be dealt with or was it simply out with the factory radiator and in with the Koyo? Thanks, Robert

Well, since its been about an hour an no response yet, I'll tell you that with my APS TT the only thing was the bottom of the fan shroud had to be trimmed a little to get my KoyoR in. Hopefully that might help you

Could all you guys with this exact setup please take a pic or two and post them? I just want to see how close it is? And where exactly the trimming had to be done on the ones that required it. I cant understand why some had to trim and some didnt! You would think it would be the same accross the board! Maybe the cars year has something to do with it! I would appreciate it. Robert

I just realized the location of my overflow from the radiator. Its mounted at the top of radiator on the driverside. Is this the same location for you guys with the same radiator and Greddy setup? Or is it relocated to a different spot. Come on guys, lets see some pics? Robert

I sent a pm to a couple of guys who responded to this thread. Guys/girls thanks for all the helpful info. I want the best for my car, and if that means I have to trim a little bit of fan shroud thats fine with me. I sent the pm to see if you guys who didnt have to trim could send a couple good pics to show me how you were able to do so. And for the guys who did have to trim, showing me where you trimmed will help me determine where it needs to be done. Agian I want to thank everyone for your info and help. I assure you its very appreceited! Robert
