I like the current format but add more pages to the 40 something pages with 350z info . I enjoy reading up on the 280 & 300zx info

Well, I bought a couple of magazines commenting on the Z when I first bought the car. Ten years ago, I used to buy and subscribe to lots of magazines. These days, there is far more information available free online including text, photographs and videos than with any other resource.

Five exhausts? They're probably all discussed here and I'm certain I had the Borla installed within a month of its release. Zchickz? I'm a member of the forum. Stillen or Procharger? It's all here.

The only reason to buy the magazine would be to be holding something in your own hands. It's like legal research, used to be all books in the law library. Now it's online with Lexis/Nexis.

I'm sure the magazines have great content and are worth the price. But, sorry I don't see myself rushing to subscribe to anything at this time since I can find the information elsewhere, easier, faster and cheaper.

Sport Z Magazine will never be dedicated to 350Z's exclusively; it is financially impossible. However, if the SUPERCHARGER CHALLENGE is successful or even semi-successful ChrisMCagle gets a tt or supercharger of his choosing.

With the SC success, the page count of Sport Z will go from 56 pages (started with 48 pages) to 80 or 96 pages with extensive 350Z coverage. You want more 350Z coverage, pony up some jack and make it happen.

Brian, you can get in the game or sit in the stands -- It's your choice and the good folks at my350z.com and Sport Z Magazine will respect your decision.

Oh yeah, you have no idea what you're missing.

You're missing the point and that's too bad.

Oops, that's 56 pages (was 48 when we started).

A thought: Extend your existing subscription by one or two years and make a contribution to the SUPERCHARGER CHALLENGE.

80 pages
96 pages

I can see it now...

Eh? I respect the older Z's and like to read about them every so often, but unless the 350Z coverage outweighs the other stuff, I don't know if I'd subscribe. I'm not estatic about reading of past cars and can always visit forums for the 350Z if I need more info than I already get. As you can see, my car is not stock and I'm paving my own way with or without more magazines to read. All I said was that if there was a magazine just for 350Z, I would subscribe.

I guess ripping out the non-350Z pages is out of the question.

OK pharmboy: In the Summer 2003 issue, we published the 350Z Digest, the Top-Down 350Z for a Hardtop World, a 350Z Typical Track Day for Beginners and the 350Z Mod Mayhem in 13 hours.

In the Fall 2003 issue, we published a tribute to the 350Z ladies at Zchickz, a report on the 350Z Crash Test, the 350Z Digest, the Stillen Supercharged Z (test drive of the Stillen SMZ), the 2004 350Z Roadster First Drive (done by Sport Z writer and race driver) and the most popular 350Z Exhaust Shootout.

What more could you ask?

In your own words "YES if the magazine was devoted more to the 350Z i would subscribe.."

Don't wimp out on ChrisMCagle, everybody is watching.

We take MC, Visa and checks.

I did a peoplesearch, and there are over 200 'Cagles' just in California alone!

So I'd say a conservative guess is that there could be over 5000 nationwide. When you add for in-laws, neighbors, co-workers......

Bob....I think you better get Chris's boost on order. And get those editors typing 350Z stories pronto! The next issue of Sport Z should be the size of the phoneboook!

Wow! a Phonebook sized Sport Z Magazine. THAT would be something to see!

Thanks for the words of encouragement Jeff. I can use all the help I can get right now. There are a lot of us Cagles out in the world and I can use some help from each and every one of them. Not to mention Smiths, and Gomezs, and Browns, and Petersons, and....

You really can't figure that out yourself???

I will say this: You may want to read the posts before you and turn your thoughts toward one of us (fellow my350z.com member and 350Z fanatic).

If the SUPERCHARGER CHALLENGE is a done deal before the Winter 2003 issue, Chris will get the grand prize PLUS A BONUS. Heck, if the SUPERCHARGER CHALLENGE takes a year to finish, Chris will still receive the grand prize PLUS A BONUS.

We're not going to just stop at the grand prize for one lucky reader; in fact, we'll be just starting.

Anyone who knows me understands what I stand for and when I say something, you can count on it.

Support the SUPERCHARGER CHALLENGE and stand by, it'll only get better.

Step One: Help Chris get his extra ponies.
Step Two: CHALLENGE #2 plus added bonuses
Step Three: See CHALLENGE #2

Default Another forum added

I found another Forum "350zforums.org" and added a thread for the Supercharger Challenge there too. I need all the help I can get. Thanks everyone!

No, I don't see your point. You haven't made a point. You said I'm missing the point and referenced my comment about how Lexis/Nexis has made legal research in a law library dated/obsolete. What point am I missing?

And, I have read the posts. I'm sure those posters have their opinions and I have mine. Look Bob, I'm not turning an adverse thought to you or any other member in this thread. If you read my post, you will see that I have made some legitimate points about why I would not subscribe to a magazine. I went on to say that your magazine was probably worth the money to someone who wanted to buy the magazine.

Now, why don't you explain to me, what point am I missing?

Dan
