The pulleys may throw some grease, that's normal and could also cause you some belt slip. If you're slipping due to grease, you won't hear it squealing - so it's likely that you just figured out your problem.

yeah thats what I thought too. Its not squealing or anything not even at start up.

I would probably just replace the belt if you got grease on it. It's a porous material and will absorb grease a bit, so you may never fully get rid of the slipping because of it.

over the past 2 years of having my kit, i have never once seen a pulley throw grease?

Has that really happened to you??

THey come from the factory with white silicone grease applied liberally to the bearings. THe excess gets slung off the first few miles you drive it, that's all.

where would you go about getting a new cog belt? napa? carquest? autozone?

Wait a minute ... your COG belt is slipping?? I've never hear of that considering it's got teeth on it. My recommendation was to check the serpentine belt and replace that if necessary
