Default Anyone seen a non-polished procharger

The polished version is an extra 150. Does anyone have the unpolished version?

I've got the unpolished version, here's a pic of mine. True, it's not as pretty, but it follows along with my less is more theme on my car. I don't need the flash, just the speed.

If I am not mistaken, the unpolished version gets an extra 15HP.
(less weight, less drag)

BTW, the car above me is super fast.

If you want you can always have the unpolished version polished up later. I might do that sometime when I'm bored. I don't know if I'll ever be that bored though.

Question Price Difference?

Is there any price difference for the unpolished vs the polished? I agree with the statement above, I don't need the looks just the speed!!

I ordered mine unpolished ........... but it came polished for the same price. Now that I see what the unpolished version looks like most likely would have paid the extra $150.

Nothing personal but the unpolished looks a little weak, but when your on a budget and that $150 could go for some better rubber to help launch all the new power

I don't think the polished one looks like its worth the extra $150. Chrome, maybe but not $150 extra for polished.

Everyone has their own opinion and I respect that, but here's mine,

not worth the extra $150 unless you have the $ to burn.

Like I said before, the unpolished puts out 15 HP at the WHEELS.

You can dramatically improve the appearance by getting a brass bristle brush and buffing the surface of the centrifugal supercharger with it. It will take off the highlights from scuffs and give the dull sections a sheen evening out the appearance. More of a satin metallic look. Takes about 10 minutes.

I was wondering whose DB with Procharger that was on the 350Zonline website that I posted links to.

Sorry to go OT but Sanderman, you should think about making the meet some of us are setting up for October 11 on the Cape Cod Canal to show your car off. Should be a pretty good group of people (~20-25 350Zs) that will show up. Here's a link to the thread that just got posted: Cape Cod meet October 11th

BTW my Procharger is being installed the middle of next month!
