i give lots of respect to momentum due to them bringing a "newer" design of the single turbo setups for the z's. i will be looking to upgrading my old turbonetics to a new design kit since i want to brake into the 600whp's eventually. vband setup sounds nice/simple setup. if it can brake into the 600-700whps then it can definetly be in my vew. the only deal braker would be the price wich powerlab is competitive pricing on their tuner kits.

a single gt35r will not get you into the 700s. it would need full on race gas to make low 6's.

35r max out around 620 hp

Intense has already made:

GT35R = 635whp

GT37R = 720whp

76S = 906whp

Agreed... I didn't see turbo options for the momentum setup. Maybe Bobby can clarify. If you want 700whp... GTM Twins, SP Twins, Powerlab GT37R from what I can see at this time.

Rudes turbo can get you in 700s too.... the point to make with PL is that the piping of the standard kit is the same essentially same that supported the 76S turbo 906whp run and had way more room to go(more psi) but was stopped due to the clutch slip.
The responsiveness of the gt35r on the PL kit has proven to be pretty darn good, overtakes an aps tt standard by ~3300rpms

I think breakin 1200 will be tough. The SP drag car only makes 1248 at like 8000+ rpms.

Either way dual 35r's will be super sick on the hwy.

The Gt35R with the 1.03 A/R housing will be decently efficient to 575/600 whp and could be pushed a bit further. We also offer the kit with the Precision line of turbos. Precision offers the 6265 Turbo with a similar style V-Band inlet exhaust housing. We have been told that they also have the 6565 and the 6765 v-band inlet housing in the works with various A/R's. These turbo's are available with journal bearing or ball bearing center sections and billet compressor wheels. I would imagine the 6765 ball bearing, billet compressor, would be capable to low to mid 700's whp.

The setup Sharif is doing is for high Revs to make use of the 35r's.....and the internals that GTM used to build this motor tells me that George is correct.

I am building a kit with a billet 6765 .81 A/R right now. I know that there was a company that made 835whp on an EVO with this turbo. I'm hoping to get some good results with it. I may go to a larger A/R though depending on how this one reacts.

Quamen,
The turbo that you are using is the standard 4-bolt T4 inlet right?

For the current round of track testing what is being run.
