that is a custom pulley that i made, due to the GTM pulley was pushing the belt out, so that's why i made this custom pulley with walls. then there only will be one way out. tomorrow i'll also change the bottom GTM pulley to the custom i made.

i'll post the pic's and vids tomorrow

Have you looked at stock block TT dynos with similiar peak HP? A strong vortech will overlay most TT's on a stock block. without going to built block, you wont gain much.

for example from this thread https://my350z.com/forum/shop-builds...completed.html
stage 2 GTM is about the same size turbos as Greddy 20g's and bigger than the 18g's for sure.

vs mine

same HP curve means same trq curve. hp=(trq*rpm/5252)

wow, for some reason I always thought the non rev were 32/30. With my set up i'm really over spinning the T trim at 58,XXX @ 7100 rpm.

Where did you installed GTM pulley at? Mine never push out, it looks it aboutu to, but it just balanced out with other pulley.

the T-trim is rated for 55,000 if he has the V-1. The V-1s use straight cut gears. People have said there are V-2 T-trims with helical gears and those would probably only be 53,000 limit.

I'd just be careful, no warranty on T-trims. so if bearings go, thats $$$ rebuild.

wenlipai,

i sent you a pm about your gtm pulley. do you want to get rid of that gtm pulley or can you get ahold of more of your machined pulleys?

my mod pulley is a 2.5" pulley and i would like to go to a smaller one like the gtm to save some belt room.
