You're stock block will not hold up to 500 hp for long. Running 500 whp on a stock VQ35DE motor is a bad, bad idea. If you want to get to that hp level, you probably should consider getting a built short block. With Eagle rods and Wiseco pistons, they start around $2600 at Import Parts Pro. Since you are already dealing with GTM, maybe they can hook you up with a short block for that price range.
I see you are in Iraq, and may not have a lot of time for research. Nonetheless, you should always do the research before asking a question. You will often find that the answers to your questions are already contained herein. For your research, start here (the g35driver forum is the sister forum to My350Z, both cars have the same motor/drivetrain):
http://g35driver.com/forums/forced-i...-you-push.html
Then look at some of the other builds in both forums to get an idea of what else you need for your hp goal.
On another note, without any punctuation whatsoever, your post is difficult to read. If you keep posting like that in this forum, the flaming will start. Take a little more time to make your posts more legible, and you will generally get better responses to your posts.

I say you see how 400whp feels with your GTM kit and you can always put in the built block later.
You will probably want to upgrade the injectors and return fuel system if you plan on building the motor. And if it isn't obvious, the tune.

if you dont have the money to build the block, you dont have the money to go FI on these cars. I went through 2 built motors in a span of 20months. Save your money and build the block, because even when there built, there not very reliable
I agree with seeing how 400 hp feels to you. The original block in my car blew in a very short time at 460hp and an agressive tune. Now its at 403hp with a much safer tune and for now I'm content with the power. Not enough emphasis can be put on getting a proper tune.
