Thanx mate, i think 800cc will be to much for the utec, but with the twin tank intank pumps and the 600 injectors the car doesn't start up as easily as before.

I'll go Haltech or Pro EFI for more power.
Utec is fine on low boost but I realized changing map mapping(0-17psi) for higher boost it become a lot harder tuning light/half throttle load sites.
So my high boost map was mostly tune at WOT with set parameters and low boost map I change parameters back(0-10psi).

Best we could do for now, no risks right now.....just wanna enjoy the car for a bit, the down time was frustrating enough.

Unfotinitly i rolled on two and the last one too cautios launching from low rpms and with no tire wamrup.(against the little white pick up)

Can't find a scanner so took some pics, I tried to Zoom in as best.

low boost

High boost don't mind the lean AFR's, the Wideband popped back during this run...........I didn't take the final sheet which actually had 1kw more

twin pumps in no way would affect your start up when using a FPR.

my utec was tuned for 17 psi and ran perfect off boost (column 0). You do lose some resolution when boosting, but half throttle stuff shouldnt be affected.

for alot less money than a new EMS, you can get a simple reflash to accommodate 800cc injectors.

But if you have money for a new EMS, thats just as good idea as well.

Well at half throttle with load i found fulling a lot 20% and 30% columns...like half throttle with load you're at 1750rpm to 2250rpm in the 10% and 20%, just let off a little bit and your still in the same load sites bit richer.

Turbo's don't follow that rule. While they do suffer a LITTLE loss...it's not NEAR the loss of a N/A or supercharged engine.

Lets see how it goes now.
I don't think the gt35r would if made the same power at set manifold pressure, especially at the top rpm range.

They recon altitude loss on turbo cars 3% around here, numbers corrected accordingly.
While some people agree with the lag vs. traction theory...I am one that prefers to look for traction by any means necessary without having to resort to lag as my means. Having the least amount of lag possible with good tires and good gearing are what makes a car responsive and able to launch better if you know how to drive.

I doubt the GT35R will loose power after 5500rpm. I've seen those turbos before in V6 applications spinning to 8+K and they held power just fine up there at 600whp.

Don't get me wrong though...I have no problems with the T67...in fact....I'd love to rock one...lol. I just didn't know why you switched, but now I know it's because you bought it this way.

thanx

I'll try make a video....I took i for a drive last night still with racing fuel and high boost which started out good but when i really pushed, boost spiked hitting my 17psi boost limit in 3rd gear.

So my MBC must go....I'll be looking for a electronic one?
I have also notice some loud turbo flutter simultaneously with the dump valve swisss and the external wastegate, it FCAKing loud.....my passenger lasted two blocks, it sounds as terrifying as it goes.

or just sell and save a couple hundred and get the cosworth. I didnt realize those cozzy mani's are only $1000 now. I'll should just pick one up just because if it added add 30 hp/trq like IP saw, thats a great deal.

YA will like to, but don't have the luxury of plentiful buyers in this part of the world. Priority one will be the replace the MBC, then injectors....blow the manifold with visual damage, some sympathy from the wife and just maybe Cosworth

BTW I tried to make a video but lost passenger number two(wife/video) she handle the camera on the first pass vs the Subaru 1/4 mile, she drop the camera in shock
Had to turn down the boost to spring pressure, I'll check for usable material.

I meant the spool not the power and 650 hp is insane for a street car IMO.
