With a return system I'm around 415whp DJ at 80% IDC. You could probably get 500whp or so with a bump in fuel pressure, but honestly why risk it running at 100% idc....get the 600's if you're shooting for 450+. And don't even think about skipping a return system.

^^^ ditto that. plus 600's will leave you some room to grow if you build later and they cost about the same as the 440cc injectors

Also, keep in mind that the type of FI and the transmission also matters. I had 660cc injectors with a fuel return system and maxed my injectors at only 417whp on a Vortech and a 5AT tranny. The same fuel setup could have probably handled 100whp more on a turbo 6mt.

About 375whp safely without a return fuel system. with a return system about 425whp.

Did you have a return system? 417whp seems really low for maxing out 660cc's regardless of tranny type.

Oopps...I meant 550 not 660. I have a fuel return.

it was maxxed out with my supercharger on 600cc DW with a full return system and dual pumps at 460 on the dyno dynamics.

superchargers use more gas than turbos...

When my TN kit was overboosting from the old pipes I was hitting 10-11psi with my 440's. It would start to lean out bad from them at that boost level, I would see 13-14Afr on the wideband. Tuner said the injectors cant flow enough fuel for that boost level.

The max I seen with my 440's was aroun 424hp.
