Does anyone know what is the max WHP obtainable from 440cc injectors and still be reliable/ not over worked??? also please post what dyno your numbers correspond to thanks.
secondly is it fast or do you feel as if it could be faster???
(Before anyone flames, the I HAVE DRIVEN A 400whp car before. Ive driven a 375whp rx7 and a 400whp mr2 turbo BUT both of those car WEIGHT ALOT less than a Z lol)
With a return system I'm around 415whp DJ at 80% IDC. You could probably get 500whp or so with a bump in fuel pressure, but honestly why risk it running at 100% idc....get the 600's if you're shooting for 450+. And don't even think about skipping a return system.
Also, keep in mind that the type of FI and the transmission also matters. I had 660cc injectors with a fuel return system and maxed my injectors at only 417whp on a Vortech and a 5AT tranny. The same fuel setup could have probably handled 100whp more on a turbo 6mt.

Did you have a return system? 417whp seems really low for maxing out 660cc's regardless of tranny type.
When my TN kit was overboosting from the old pipes I was hitting 10-11psi with my 440's. It would start to lean out bad from them at that boost level, I would see 13-14Afr on the wideband. Tuner said the injectors cant flow enough fuel for that boost level.
