We can roll up together for sure Barney, but the car has to go up the day before and stay there over the weekend. We can roll up in my truck though, it sets plenty if anyone else wants to come along, plus I will have premire parking since I am showing the car

Can't wait to see the finished product. Have you lowered your car anymore yet?

I run a 3.3 and have little traction in 1st and 2nd sometimes can get 3rd a little, then again the powerlab kit makes sick torque down low.

Do you really want to run 2 tunes on a stock block? people do do it a lot. I'd rather run one tune so I can tell people what my car really makes, get it tuned so its safe, then leave it be. if the higher powered tune isnt safe to run day to day, do you really want to run it even if just for a few passes down the strip? If built then I can see running two maps with a high boost/low boost option.

Don't think about PSI this PSI that, you're sounding like a noob Just worry about getting a safe tune that makes your power level goals happy.

Welcome to the starting point of FI, hopefully it gets done and meets all your expectations. And thank god your car wont be all show and no go anymore. + 1 on albertos comments on camber....

Jeffie, with a 3.3 @ your power level you should hook up from a high roll in 1st!

Good camber is key.

I used to hook 25mph 1st gear @ around 400/400 on 285's and -1 camber

Now I hook 2nd gear in summer at 605/530, on 295's and -1 camber

You stock block fools should have no issues....

I will get rid of that camber for good soon!! there is currently -1 camber on the car since it was realigned with my winter rims. they wil stay on till my body work is done to fit my gram lights

only reason i am going off PSI is because that is what everyone talks about for what the stock block can hold. I will have it tuned at 9 PSI and everyone gets a different power level at that amount. i will be happy with anything 400 or higher

First mistake, going off what everyone says lol.

You could make 400WHP with 6PSI or 16PSI it's all in the turbo/s and your setup.

Berto maybe my tires suck Toyos, my alignment is within Nissan spec, that could also be the problem. Either way 1st spins all the way and 2nd gives you that nice skipping spinning wanting to grab feeling that I love =)
It's not spinning like my old Civic did 1st 2nd and 3rd gear were useless, but it spins enough that its borderline not usable, again just the way I like it =)

Could be crappy tires.
