Cecil, MIR, and twice at Mason Dixon

 

whole lot of posting and not enough building going in this thread

 

Remember Bert at mason the track prep wasnt want really good at all but MIR and Cecil is always spot on.Of course that night at mason i just dont remember much

 

MIR is a pretty good spot. I wouldn't go to certain events though, due to the random stabbings.

 

Capitol seems to be mostly muscle car guys, I don't see any import 'mean mugging' going on...even from the civic drivers I continually embarrass...but they seem to keep to themselves anyways. I go there to get seat time, not make friends, but even then I've met some cool cats there. One guy was doing low 12's on a bone stock but chipped 1 series and we talked for a while. Another guy in a mustang was giving me launch and tire selection tips. This dude in a altima designed his own single turbo setup and he showed it to me (but was sloooow LOL) And there always seems to be a few Z and G's there too.

 

we are def going to be seeing the track this year

Just need to get gauges and injectors still b4 the car can go in to be started on

 

I'll be hanging around at the track a bit this year, but I sold the dr's and stiffened up the suspension so I doubt I will run much. We'll see.

 

Uhh ohh... does that mean some F/I in your future

well I have been laid off to just part time... Going back to school for the semester and looking for work guess FI will be put on hold since I wont be able to afford the install till im back to full time

 

best bet would be sell what you have now and come back when you are financially ready as it sounds like it could be at least a few months minimum.

I am financially secure enough to keep everything I have... Im not in financial trouble I made sure I was prepared for this type of thing. Just will have to put the car on the back burner and not make it my priority till I find good full time work again

Got hired on full time!! making more money then my old job
