I got mine from MVP for just a bit over that, they are really good to deal with.

Mines in the it's final stage of tuning, those of you that went the Osiris tune who needed to upgrade the MAF to the PMAS? I'm going with the DW 600's and my tuner here is tuning the factory ecu, kind of like Osiris .

I don't think anyone in this thread with the hks sc has installed cams.

Any reason why you're going with hks cams? What lift are you planning to get?

I don't think you will get nowhere close to your goals with the base kit, hfc's, cams, and a tune. I might be wrong tho... From what i know, cams are not friendly on vq's and don't bring a big difference in peak power. However, they flatten your hp/tq graphs..

Would cams get you ~50whp+ gains along with cats and a tune? maybe someone with more expertise can help us out.

Hey guys just thinking / planning ahead. I noticed at the GTM site they carry the HKS S/C Traction Fluid for about $200 and Rotrex for about half the price.
Does any one know if these are the same?

No, they are not the same afaik. HKS specifies to only use their fluid.

BTW, I sold my car, SC kit, Endless BBK, ARC catch can, ARC cooling panel, but all the other parts are still available. I will be posting FS part out thread. But if anyone is interested in any of the parts listed in my lt previous post, pm me.

Also, the buyer of my SC kit, wanted to only run the stock 6psi pulley, so I will have a GTM 9/10 psi pulley and belt FS. pm if interested.

Question for those that went a smaller pulley from the standard pulley, is idling noisier? As in, is there more noticable 'whining' noise from the supercharger?

Default Revup

Finally!!!

Just picked up my Zed from my tuner. Revup! '06 Track Roadster and just for reference the HKS kit for the DE fits. There is a a couple of qualifications -
1. Check post #150 by cdoxp800 this will explain the drive belt and pulley arrangement you will need. Early revups retained the DE layout, later ones deleted the fan pulley, so you may need to retro fit for the kit to work or get a new drive belt organised.
2. The Fcon unit supplied is programmed for the DE ( camshaft timing on inlet only ). So you may need to talk to HKS Pro Dealer to see if they can unlock and re-program. Otherwise you will need to go with an after market ECU.
The blower bracket bolts straight on to the block and the rest fits perfectly with a bit of jiggling here and there. I had to remove the roadster chassis counter weight to enable the intercooler piping to hook up.
Thanks the guys at MVP for supplying the kit, very helpful gentlemen
Hope this helps, the kit is of very high quality and can be fitted if competent.

Here is a pic for revup fitting
