BTW, that was my blower in the rebuild pics lol
Hey thanks for this info and the pictures. This will be very helpful as I am going to attempt to replace the output shaft seal myself. Now I just need to decide where to order this seal from either 928 Motorsports, Superchargerrebuilders.com or Vortech. The one from 928 Motorsports seems like a nice option and is a little more heavy duty.

Bryan,
Id order it from 928, cant be that much more ( I cant recall but I do remember Todd telling me that he was getting heavy duty seals for vortech that had a double lip.) Id e-mail em, he answers fairly quick! ...

I dont think vortech will sell you anything.. ive tried so many times for my friends blower..

So I decided to inspect my blower today and I noticed the same problem with oil on the back part surrounding the blower pulley. Looked up at my hood and there was the oil spray pattern. This sucks. So I'm left with a couple of options. Send it to vortech and upgrade to a T trim, or send it to 928 motorsports for a rebuild with impeller upgrade.

Lol...oil on hood...that's EXACTLY what happened to my blower when the seals went bad...

As for T-trim vs 928, the T-trim is definitely the beast, just ask PharmD...but since I need a CARB number on my blower since I'm in Cali I have to live with the 928 blower, but I can spool it up to 60k rpm, so we'll see where that get me...
