I wanted to put together the values that you can have done to your cars using stock cams. lets see the maximum potential we can get using our stock cams.
lets see whats has worked best for all of us Haltech users. Also it would be good if Hal can make comments and suggestions

good luck getting much info paid tuners arent going to give up details they charge $$$ for.
So where;s your dyno? Raw #s wont mean much without a dyno showing what your gains were.
but maybe somone has spent dyno time tuning the stock cams, i doubt it though

non rev-up motors using haltech can only control intake cams. there is a common soft CEL that comes up p0021 p0011 because the haltech cam numbers dont match the stock. but if we could get the stock number and see the difference it would be good information.
The best numbers are going to be found on the dyno with a proper tune. There is no one-size-fits-all answer, even with stock cams. Base maps do not come blank - base maps come with a very good starting point for cam timing.
RobbieG35 had his car tuned with a Haltech using stock cams with a DE engine. The Top end gains were 2 HP (240-242) and torque 22 Ft Lbs (221-243). Most of the gains were mid range 2500-5000 RPM. These gains were due to cam phasing adjustments. These benefits would be greatly enhanced with aftermarket camshafts.
