Practice. Thats usually what you do when you suck at something and want to get better.

first off...whats trouble?
Spin, bog, etc.

What is your clutch/flywheel combo?
What tires/wheel (and size)?
What mph are you running?
Breakdown of timeslip (60', 330', 1/8 et, 1/8 mph)

Shouldn't you learn that first before you go TT?

If your running a stiff suspension setup as I do and a lighter flywheel
you will have problems preloading the suspension which will cause
wheel spin when trying to launch.

Shouldn't this be in the drag section

Post the breakdown of the slip.

This is why driver mod is #1, but not many live by that mentality.

r/t .838
60 2.487
330 6.182
1/8 9,126
mph 84.55
1000 11.641
/4 13.721
mph 109.05

I am running on toyo proxes stock rims. I am bogging in first. I slam on the gas, should I feather and ease it into first? Normally I am hit off of the line, however once I get traction I catch up and pass them. So here is my thing, I know I need new tires.. I just need help with the launch. Thanks!

AAAAHHHHHHHH

RT has nothing to do with your 1/4 mile time or mph...
You could sit there for a month, the clock doesn't start till the back of your front tire leaves the beam.

If you are bogging, try more clutch slip and/or more rpm off the line.

Its hard for sure. Big thing I found myself doing was constantly looking down track at the start...hey I know where I'm going....gotta keep reminding myself to watch the tach!

I think you know where the problem is. You may want to drop the RPM to 4 or 3 or 2,000. Whatever works best.

New tires will help in spades with the launch. The Proxes are one of those tires tha have a stiff sidewall so people think that response is grip.. Fail haha
Im still not sure whats going on though, cant understand if your bogging or spinning.
