chris? speaking of the kit.. it came today!
. Im going to have a review on it with pix on the exterior/interior section next week, after my tune.
MORE PIX!
the biggest box ive ever had delivered lol

The rear is going to be completely custom and 1of1. Having a rear diffuser built as I type this

sides.

I was the first one to get this kit so I got hooked up good! sickest deal ever. and the quality is OEM ( test fitted them and everything ) I dont want to talk about exterior much on this thread so look for this review in the future, like I said ^.
The kit will be coming this thursday! so ill have it done and installed this weekend!

Also, make sure that the V-band flanges on the crossover are "true". When they come together they should lign up perfectly. If they don't, loosen up the header bolts, and line them up. When they are flush put the V-band clamp on and tighten it well. At this point go back and tighten the header bolts. Don't do it in revers.

do you mean the bolts from the kit to the headers or the actual HEADER bolts up on the engine?
i'm not climbing up in my car to remove those headers anymore....i put them in with the engine out for a reason!!!
No, no need to touch the header to engine bolts. I am refering to the bolts on the 3 bolt flange, as if you were puting your catalytics in.
i hope my headers are straight. They are cheapo JVT's. I had some issues when i switched from manifolds/cats to JVT headers/test pipes with getting them to line up to my borla exhaust. I think it was the welds on the test pipes. We'll find out i guess.
that's what i thought you meant but i wanted to make sure!!

3x? whos the 3rd? zmedic?
well the 67 with S cover (not the smaller e cover) should have room under a g35. Maybe something slightly larger with the E cover should fit.
