I assume the car is all preped? The big hole in the front grill is drilled out for the charge piping...just trying to find something for you to do here..

well not yet. that's what i'm heading downstairs to do now. It's right by my door so i'll have the garage open so i can see him.
I also have a stage 3 system to put in but that shouldn't be too rough after i get the wiring all done.
You dont have any RFS system in place yet? You shoulda started on that before. Its a very time consuming install, esp when your hoses dont fit or are the wrong length. Gotta figure out where to mount the fuel filter (you got one right?). Wiring up the relays and splicing the stock harness takes a good bit of time as well.

ya, i had one in place.....just not all teh wiring of the twin pump. That was ridiculous.
Hal's was working and that 900hp dyno on the 76 pretty sure has cam phasing enabled (thread was hard to follow bc all the excitement). Dunno about that 35 or 37 dyno though (again threads waver between yes/no/maybe)
Its tough to base comparisons with other platforms, esp V vs inline. Exhaust gas on an inline 6 only has to flow 10-12" as compared to 2 or 3 feet on the VQ.
Since the 6765 falls somewhere in between all those posted above, its a good estimate of what your potential curve will look like.
+1 on helping "picture" curve.....but Also negative on V vs inline...been addressed before

By relieving exhaust on only one bank of a V motor and letting the other bank continue at the same load may cause issues at some point...it may not. I'm not sure, but I think it would. The Turbonetics VQ35 ST kit places the wastegate after the union of all 6 cylinders. On the 2JZ-GTE, HKS has two points at the union of all 6 cylinders to evenly bleed of exhaust. This can be seen on many Full Race manifolds as well. I can't help but to see this.
Doesn't make a hill of beans of difference. Pressure always flows to the lowest delta, so as soon as you relieve pressure to the turbo (doesn't matter where) the entire system falls...just like a fuel system...it has to, otherwise the boost wouldn't drop... Simple physics. While it looks unbalanced, it isn't. Formula 1 cars used to drive turbos off of one bank, and let the other bank run open completely, and is still a preferred way to keep backpressure in the system down on ultra high revving engines....

I have been in this car and have to say it whoops ***. It is a kick in the pants, the turbo spools smooth and early, and belts power and testosterone. I want to buy one of these kits. Vas good seeing you today. Hit me up soon.
